Buongiorno! Questo è il mio penultimo articolo prima dello speciale di Halloween e ho deciso di proporre un argomento molto leggero: una canzone della grande Katy Perry! Mi sono ispirato al blog Politix, che ha condiviso l’ultima canzone di Ed Sheeran in collaborazione con il brand Pokémon ma… Katy Perry lo aveva già fatto mesi prima! Ecco qui la sua, di collaborazione.^^

Commento:

Katy Perry ci regala l’ennesima canzone di incoraggiamento, come fece con Roar, Part of me e Rise, solo per citare le più famose.
Come riesce a coniugare l’empowerment con il tema dei Pokémon (essere elettrici e pieni di vita come il topo elettrico Pikachu, che infatti nel video la accompagna) è brillante e semplice al tempo stesso, ottimo per trasmettere un messaggio per ogni età.

Il video invece è molto dolce. Katy Perry rimane bionda, lo era dall’era Witness, ma lascia crescere i capelli rendendoli una bellissima cornice per il suo viso; mora o bionda, sono i capelli lunghi la sua forza.
Nel video Katy Perry idealmente ripercorre la carriera, rivedendosi da giovane nelle prime scelte e opportunità. Il suo Pokémon partner è una Pikachu (lo si nota dalla coda che finisce a cuore) ed è molto apprezzabile che, come vediamo la versione giovane di Katy, pure Pikachu è nella sua versione più piccina: la sua preevoluzione Pichu!

Electric è una canzone che ci fa sognare e che ci ricorda di non smettere mai di lottare, che ci sarà sempre qualcosa che può rendere la nostra vita elettrica e degna di essere vissuta!
